The hotel room was a bit small, but it served our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, although it was outside the Free Tram Zone. The dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with 2 large twin beds, but the view from the ground floor was disappointing, facing a disgusting old brick wall covered in vandalism and swear words. However, the staff were superb, making up for some of the setbacks.

The hotel is in a great location, just two tram stops away from Collins street and very close to Chinatown. The rooms are small but very clean and neat, making it a great place to stay. However, not having a mini-fridge made storing drinks in the hot Melbourne weather a bit complicated.
